Reception times on Saturday are 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight in the Waterford Room Ballroom and the Prince Edward Ballroom. Friday evenings and Sundays are flexible.

A non-refundable deposit of $2,000.00 is required at the time of confirmation to reserve a date. The remaining balance must be paid in three equal installments: six months, three months and one week prior to the event. The final payment must be in the form of a bank check or money order; all checks are payable to St. Clements, Inc.

Guest counts and quantity of each entrée selection are due seven days prior to your event.

Restoration of this historic property is ongoing. Saint Clements reserves the right to hold additional events simultaneously with the client's event in other portions of the estate. Saint Clements Castle also reserves the right for future expansions and alterations to the surrounding grounds and facilities.
