To our Valued Guests,
The Coronavirus (COVID-19) has impacted the lives of so many globally. We want to keep our clients and guests as informed as possible in this ever-evolving time. The health & safety of our guests and employees is our #1 priority.
During this situation surrounding COVID-19, we ask for your patience and empathy as we navigate through this uncertain time together. We are grateful for such understanding couples. All of us in the hospitality industry are anxiously waiting to hear what the next steps will be regarding future events.
Saint Clements Castle has been monitoring a variety of sources including the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, World Health Organization and the State of CT for the latest updates and recommendations affecting our operations. We are following the most recent Executive Order No. 7X, mandated by the Governor of CT, stating
"The orders to prevent transmission of COVID-19 through appropriate distancing and other safety measures listed below are extended through June 20, 2020: Executive Order No. 7N, Section 1, prohibiting social and recreational gatherings of more than five (5) people."
At this time, Saint Clements Castle is in the process of rescheduling all events through June 20, 2020. If your event is after June 20, 2020 and you have questions or concerns please contact your Sales Manager directly or email firstname.lastname@example.org as we are always available to discuss your event.
We are working around the clock to help you with your event and provide daily updates.
Please know we are with you and we will get through this together.
Thank you for trusting Saint Clements Castle!
VISITATION PROTOCOL: Updated 5/29/20
For the safety and wellness of our valued guests and employees, we will be implementing the following visitation protocol:
We have completed the required self-certification process that has allowed us to open our business and sales office. This also permits newly engaged couples and clients to tour the venue and grounds in person. For the safety of our valued guests and employees these tours will be by appointment ONLY. Tours will be limited to 4 guests and all guests will be required to wear a mask or cloth covering. Wearing gloves is also recommended by the CDC. We are excited to meet all prospective couples face to face, but we would like to remind you that we are taking every necessary precaution to avoid the spread of COVID-19 and will continue to do so going forward
No walk-ins permitted until further notice
