Day Meeting Package includes:

MAIN MEETING ROOM

• Set to meet your specifications.
• Standard Audio/Visual equipment included as requested: Registration Table, Podium with Stationary Microphone, Overhead Projector, Screen, Flip Chart with Markers, Display Easel and A/V Cart.
• Additional Extensive Audio/Visual Rentals available at an additional charge.
• (Room Rental applies for groups with fewer than 50 guests)
• Breakout Rooms available at an additional room rental per room as required.

CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST

• Assorted Fresh Bagels, Pastries and Muffins
• Chilled Juices, Freshly Brewed Regular and Decaffeinated Coffees and Assorted Teas

MORNING BREAK

• Freshly Brewed Regular and Decaffeinated Coffees, Assorted Teas, Bottled Water and Assorted Sodas

LUNCHEON

• Select either a Sit Down or Buffet Menu (Buffet requires a minimum of 50 guests)

AFTERNOON BREAK

• An Assortment of Freshly Baked Cookies
• Freshly Brewed Regular and Decaffeinated Coffees, Assorted Teas, Bottled Waters and Sodas
